Back-to-School 2023

Each year, we build a campaign to align with the high-traffic back-to-school season. For this project, I served as production lead—organizing assets, managing communication with our animation partners, and ensuring creative consistency throughout. I also designed the interactive display unit, which went on to outperform all others in its category. In the U.S. market, it achieved a +97% lift in CTR over segment benchmark, and across all markets, the unit saw a CTR increase of +40.3% and an engagement rate surge of +647.9%. This standout performance has since shaped new iterations for future interactive campaigns.
